Method


  1. First mix the eggs, milk, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla in a bowl (The bowl should be big enough for the bread slices to fit).

  2. Now grease a pan with a little bit of butter and put on the Stove on low heat.

  3. Take one the bread slices and dip it into the mixture.Be careful to not leave it inside too long, that will make the bread soggy and it will not cook properly.

  4. Place the dipped bread in the pan for about two minutes or unti it is toasted and turn it around. Serve hot.

  5. Spread toasts with desired toppings.Some ideas are: Honey, maple syrup, fruits, cream, nutella. Enjoy!
